THANK YOU for supporting the 5th
WALK FOR BELONGING
April was Second Chance Month, a special time for raising awareness of those moving beyond incarceration. The annual Walk for Belonging is a chance for those who are system-impacted and supportive allies to come together in community for a gathering of levity, sharing, and resources.
Thank you for a sunny and successful 5th annual event at Green Lake! Whether you walked the lake, came to be with your friends, or donated from afar, we’re grateful for your participation. Together we’re creating a world where everyone belongs!
THANK YOU TO SILVER SPONSORS David Dana and Robbin Price!
THANK YOU TO BRONZE SPONSORS Prison Mathematics Project and an anonymous donor!
We appreciate your amazing generosity!
We’re so appreciative of table organizations Prison Mathematics Project, UW HOPE, Underground Ministries, and Seattle Police Department’s Community Service Officers.
Still want to donate? We welcome your donations HERE!
Join a Community Circle
We hold weekly zoom community circles on Tuesday evenings with a mix of justice-involved individuals and community allies. These are times of mindfulness, sharing, resources and fun! You are welcome to drop in any week, with no commitment or cost.

Join a Community Conversation
Thanks you for attending the recent community conversation! While our experiences may be different, we are joined together through our stories.
Contact us if you’d like to host or sponsor a Community Conversation for your next gathering.
Join a Community Workshop
These special gatherings are a powerful way to build trust in ourselves and each other, enjoy play and levity, and explore meaningful topics. Participants of our most recent workshop chose a focus of “Navigating Grief Through Uncertainty.”
Our community workshops use Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) curriculum which include the opportunity to gather in circle, join authentic conversations, and use small group problem solving, all of which build resilience and promote trauma healing. Join us in creating safer, more connected communities!
Stay tuned for upcoming workshops! Questions? Contact Us.
Join an Open House at our Restorative Home
We provide regular opportunities for community partners, reentry organizations, and housing placement agencies to visit our Restorative Home. We’re proud of our program and want you to meet our members! Contact us for details about our next open house.
“Everyone deserves to have a safe space to live and not be judged, where they feel welcomed, and are able to feel like they belong. I always try to support space for growth and learning so that everyone can have the chance to learn and grow with others who can help broaden their views.”
